##### **<span style="color: rgb(132, 142, 25);">Une embauche en 2024 ?</span>** 

Le COPIL informatique a validé l'embauche d'un 4ème membre au pôle informatique ! Cette embauche sera possible grâce à la subvention "la France s'engage" et le volet informatique lié à l'association tête de réseau "Fermente !" qui va forcément impacter le pôle info.

##### **<span style="color: rgb(132, 142, 25);">En attendant des nouveaux droits de congés payés... pause annuelle de Quentin !</span>** 

Grâce à mes super collègues du pôle info, je peux m'organiser pour la 3ème année consécutive pour faire une pause printanière.

On ne changera le monde qu'en étant bien dans sa peau, et pour moi, cela se concrétise par le fait de me décentrer du travail (plus que 5 semaines par an). Grap me permet ça, alors let's goooo, en attendant qu'on arrache plus de droits sociaux pour tout monde !

Cette pause aura lieu du 20 avril au 12 mai 2024.

<span style="color: rgb(50, 56, 63);">Le volet LOG V2 est en production : on est désormais capables de savoir (presque) tout ce qui est dans le camion (il ne reste que la question des consignes à traiter).</span>

<span style="color: rgb(50, 56, 63);">En 2024, nous planifions simplement de réaliser quelques améliorations, et pouvoir automatiser la facturation aux usagers de LOG en fonction de tout ce qui a transité dans les camions.</span>

##### <span style="color: rgb(201, 155, 31);">**Odoo Transfo** </span><span style="color: rgb(201, 155, 31);">**🧇** </span>

Le lot 2 (gestion groupée des ventes et assistant de production) est sorti en décembre lui aussi.

Point d'utilisation : 555 recettes crées à Grap / Caap sur 22 activités en tout (+239 recettes et + 9 activités depuis juin 2023)

Pour 2024, le faible temps de développement sera mis sur le débuguage et fignolage des lots 1 et 2. Le lot 3 (gestion de stock et de production) sera développé directement en version 16 (voir le chapitre sur la migration Odoo).

##### **<span style="color: rgb(201, 155, 31);">Odoo Compta </span><span style="color: rgb(201, 155, 31);">🗳️</span>**

<span style="color: rgb(50, 56, 63);">Le sous-projet "**import de factures fournisseur**" n'était pas prévu dans notre feuille de route 2023, et il a coûté 120h dans l'année. A ce jour, le nouvel outil n'est pas encore très bien utilisé, mais si vous faites vos achats dans Odoo, nous recontacterons pour leur en reparler.  
</span>

<span style="color: rgb(50, 56, 63);">Pour 2024, le gros projet compta Odoo est la **refonte du processus de transaction interne** (concerne les activités intégrées) pour le rendre plus simple (et donc moins consommateur en support) et "exportable" dans d'autres CAE de Fermente.  
</span>

##### <span style="color: rgb(201, 155, 31);">**Balance connectée 🛒**</span>

<span style="color: rgb(50, 56, 63);">Vous aurez (enfin) des balances connectées **en version 16 de Odoo** (voir le paragraphe sur la migration Odoo) !</span>

<span style="color: rgb(50, 56, 63);">On commence à avoir des ordres de budget pour la LNE (7K€ (hors coût temps de travail) + 1,5K€ à chaque correctif/migration) =&gt; coût final autour de 15K€.  
Se pose la question de qui développera le code : </span><span style="color: rgb(50, 56, 63);">Coop It Easy ou nous-même ?</span>

##### <span style="color: rgb(201, 155, 31);">**Informatique de proximité**</span>

<span style="color: rgb(50, 56, 63);">On a fait nos calculs de temps pour 2024 (voir sujet feuille de route 2024) et...une migration complète dans l'année, ça ne tient pas ! On démarrera donc le travail sur 2024, mais vous n'en verrez le résultat qu'en 2025. Parmi les améliorations attendues en V16 :</span>

- <span style="color: rgb(50, 56, 63);">de (bien) meilleures performances, plus de fluidité (ne plus avoir besoin de cliquer sur modifier pour agir sur une facture ou une commande</span><span style="color: rgb(50, 56, 63);">), des personnalisations sympa (pouvoir choisir dans les vues listes quelle colonne afficher ou non)</span>
- <span style="color: rgb(50, 56, 63);">une refonte de l'inventaire</span>
- <span style="color: rgb(50, 56, 63);">les balances connectées</span>
- <span style="color: rgb(50, 56, 63);">le volet 3 de Odoo Transfo</span>

##### <span style="color: rgb(248, 27, 31);">**Bonnes pratiques pour contacter le pôle info**</span>

<span style="color: rgb(50, 56, 63);">Vous avez pu remarquer que notre taux de réponse au téléphone n'est pas toujours au top ces temps-cis !
